We receive, collect and store information you provide us via the ‘contact us’ form entered on the uwsu-arrivals subsite. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); we do not collect or store payment details through the subsite (including credit card information). Comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations may be collected as part of our review process to improve our services.

The Unions data collection and processing in relation to student representation is conducted on the basis for compliance with the 1994 Education Act and our chartable objectives. We also process data in your legitimate interest based upon your consent when prompted to do so by yourself though the completion of one of the contact forms located on the website.

When you contact us on the subsite, as part of our process to resolve your query, we collect personal information such as name, contact number and email address. Your personal information will only be used for the specific reasons stated in policy number 5 of this document.

Our Arrivals subsite is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall using an EU data warehouse.

We make sure that your data is only accessed for legitimate purposes by people who are facilitating your student experience. We will not share any individual details (including your email address) to any third party excluding the University of Westminster without your consent collected via this website. We do however use as the main data processor for data captured through this website.

Any data collected through the Arrivals subsite will stored only for the duration of the Arrivals programme. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please refer to policy 9.
